FIELD: mining; sampling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of sludge sampling during drilling of production and support wells. Disclosed is a sampler of drilling mud, comprising a receiving device with a sample collector and a unit for attachment to a vibrating sieve. At that, receiving device contains rectangular frame 1 with inclined single-slope upper surface, on which slotted filter 2 is fixed. Filtering surface of the filter is made in the form of a set of metal plates installed at an angle relative to the plane of the sampler with formation of slots with conical expansion from the upper part of the inclined single-slope upper surface to its base. Sample collector is attached to frame 1 from below and comprises several containers 3 with a perforated bottom arranged along the frame to receive fractions of different sizes.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities due to collection of particles of complex isometric or elongated-prismatic shape while simplifying the design.
