FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to complex fertilizers based on carbamide with filler from phosphogypsum, which is a production waste, as well as to a method of producing such fertilizers. Complex fertilizer based on carbamide with filler contains a core, which is a carbamide granule, and a coating layer applied to the surface of the core, coating layer includes filler, which is powdered phosphogypsum, and binder, which is an aqueous solution of molasses with concentration of 40–50 wt.%. Consumption of the binder is equal to 0.30–0.50 ml/g, the amount of filler is 50–70% of the weight of the initial carbamide granules, and the proportion of the coating is in range of 30–35% of the weight of the compound fertilizer granules. Fractional composition of finished compound fertilizer granules is in range of 1 to 6 mm with content of 4–6 mm fraction of not less than 50 wt.%. Method of producing compound fertilizer based on carbamide with filler involves layer-by-layer build-up of a coating layer on the surface of the core with alternating steps: application of molasses solution as binder, application of powdered phosphogypsum as filler and drying of applied coating layer.

EFFECT: proposed compound fertilizer based on carbamide with filler has high static strength of granules, and the disclosed method of producing complex fertilizer based on carbamide with a filler improves the quality of the surface of the granules, enables to avoid significant losses of complex fertilizers during their transportation, storage and application into soil.
