FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to downhole equipment for drilling and repair of oil and gas wells in conditions of depression on productive formation. Stationary straight-through shut-off valve consists of a cylindrical hollow body and a branch pipe coaxially connected to it, installed inside the seat body in the form of a hollow cylinder with two diametrically opposite cutouts having the shape of a rectangular isosceles triangle in a projection on a vertical plane, which base rests on the seat end. In the inner cavity of the body there is a bracket and an arc-shaped shut-off element made with projections corresponding to the cutouts of the seat. Valve is equipped with torsion spring, casing, elastic expanding rings, sealing element and washer. Casing has the shape of a hollow cylinder which is split in the axial direction. On the inner surface of the casing there are annular bores to accommodate expanding rings. Casing in the compressed state can be placed in the inner cavity of the housing with the possibility of interaction with the shut-off element, in the unclamped state, in the inner cavity of the branch pipe. Bracket consists of a stop, a post and a base made in the form of a hollow cylinder. To the upper end of the hollow cylinder there are rigidly connected diametrically opposite to each other a post and a stop made in the form of a truncated hollow cylinder. Locking element is pivotally connected to the free end of the post by means of an axis. Torsion spring has a shape bent in space and is installed inside the housing so that its upper part can interact with the shutoff element, and the lower one, with the base.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of a stationary straight-through shut-off valve.
