FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices based on piezoelectric materials, namely to piezoelectric actuators of complex controlled forms of deformation, and is intended for use in micromechanics, controlled optics, sensor and medical equipment, acoustics. Piezoelectric actuator includes an electrically insulating substrate made in the form of a lattice frame, cells of which are electrically connected to each other by connecting electrodes, wherein the piezoelectric actuator is composite and includes a plurality of single-type piezoelectric cells – piezoelectric actuators built into the cells of the lattice frame.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency by realizing the possibility of creating complex controlled forms of deformation with a piezoelectric actuator.
