SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a piezoelectric actuator. To manufacture a piezoelectric actuator, a two-layer composite tape is formed from one piezoelectric layer with current-conducting coatings on both surfaces and one dielectric adhesive layer, it is rolled up to form a monolithic cylindrical piezoelectric actuator with electrodes of a double-wire current-conducting line with outputs for connection of electric voltage interacting through the piezoelectric layer.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of piezoelectric actuator.
