Abstract RU 2822012 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urogynaecology. A laparoscopic approach is used to set 1 optical trocar in the entanglement region, 3 additional manipulators and 2 assistant ports. An anterior wall of the bladder is mobilized to a distal urethra, which is mobilized in a circular manner. Allograft "Alloplant" for sling operations is performed under urethra, anterior vaginal wall together with paravaginal fascia is fixed to Cooper's ligament, and a bladder filling test is performed. If the test is negative, the ends of the alloplant are fixed to the Cooper’s ligament with prolene 3-0 on both sides without tension.
