FIELD: packaging; storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of mounting an inner vessel into an outer casing of a cryogenic tank container. Method of internal vessel installation into external casing of cryogenic tank container consists in the following. Inner vessel and the outer casing are connected. Wherein inner vessel is displaced to outer casing arranged on tilters using load grippers attached to it, so that outer casing and inner vessel are arranged sequentially in one line. Then, the inner vessel is moved towards the outer casing until the movable support fixed on the inner vessel enters the outer casing, and the inner vessel is pulled into the outer casing by means of a winch. Presence of gaps between the wall of the inner vessel and the wall of the outer casing is monitored . Further, the inner vessel is fixed inside the outer casing and the inner vessel is disconnected from the support, winch and load grippers.
EFFECT: possibility of installation of internal vessel into external casing of tank container, which is pre-assembled and has round shape in its cross-section.
