FIELD: liquid cryogenic products transportation and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for the safe transportation and storage of liquid cryogenic products, and in particular to the design of supporting and fixing elements. The tank container contains a casing with bottoms, the inner vessel located in the casing, low heat-conducting supports are placed between the inner vessel and the casing, which, on the one hand, are rigidly fixed in glasses, installed outside the supports and rigidly connected to the inner vessel, on the other side, the supports are freely supported on the outer casing. The unit for rigid fixation of the inner vessel from longitudinal movements contains an axis, which on one side is made with a shoulder, and on the other side is made with a thread, the shoulder of the axis is placed and fixed between the flanges, rigidly connected to each other. One of the flanges is rigidly connected to the inner vessel, gaskets made of low heat-conducting material are installed between the flanges and the shoulder of the axle, a threaded bushing is fixed at the threaded end of the axle, rigidly connected to the casing. The unit for rigid fixation of the inner vessel from longitudinal movements contains an axis, which on one side is made with a shoulder, and on the other side is made with a thread. The collar of the axle is placed and fixed between the flanges, rigidly connected to each other, while one of the flanges is rigidly connected to the inner vessel, between the flanges and the collar of the axle gaskets made of low heat-conducting material are installed. At the end of the threaded axle, a threaded bushing is fixed, rigidly connected to the casing, each tensioner assembly contains an eyelet rigidly attached to the stiffener, the eyelet through the kinematic link is connected to the end of the bolt, installed with the possibility of longitudinal movement, the stiffener is made of a domed, protruding dome into the inner the cavity of the inner vessel through an opening made in the inner vessel, while the stiffener is rigidly and hermetically connected to the inner vessel, and the eyelet is attached to the inner surface of the stiffener, at the other free end of the bolt between the stoppers there is a spring, while the upper stopper is fixed relative to the casing, and the lower stopper is fixed relative to the bolt with the possibility of their joint movement.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and stability of the container - cistern, increasing the safety of the cryoproduct by reducing the effect of temperature fluctuations, increasing the useful volume of the inner vessel.
