SUBSTANCE: device relates to radio signal generation equipment and can be used in radio communication. Known device additionally includes the first and second synchronization and control units, a high-frequency filter, a low-frequency filter and an inverter. Inputs of the high-pass filter and the low-pass filter are connected to the output of the switch. And the output of the high-frequency filter is connected through the first synchronization and control unit to the input of the initial setting of the heterodyne with frequency upward conversion, the output of the low-frequency filter is connected through the second synchronization and control unit to the input of the initial setting of the heterodyne with frequency down conversion. Output of the message source is connected to the triggering input of the heterodyne with frequency conversion upward, and through the inverter is connected to the triggering input of the heterodyne with frequency conversion downward.

EFFECT: reduction of occupied frequency band.
