FIELD: printing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to articles which enable to print cash accounting documents (receipts) on thermal paper, in particular, to a printed mechanism of a thermal printer. Thermal printer printing mechanism comprises support frame (1) and installed on it: thermal head (5), paper drive (9) motor (6), front knife (4), front knife (4) drive motor (7). Support frame (1) consists of left bracket (11), right bracket (12) and rib (13) installed between them, wherein printing mechanism of thermal printer comprises detachable part (2), which contains frame (21) and installed on it paper (9) feed roller (22) and rear knife (3). Paper (9) feed roller (22) is mounted on frame (21) to rotate and feed paper (9) to thermal head (5) and knives (3, 4) and comprises rotational axes (23a, 23b) fixed in corresponding holes of frame (21) by means of quick-release lock washers (24), and rear knife (3) is installed on frame (21) on removable axle (31), ends of which are fixed in corresponding holes of frame (21) by means of quick-detachable lock washers (34). Thermal printer printing mechanism also includes bracket (51) of thermal head (5) installed between left and right brackets (11, 12) of support frame (1), wherein thermal head (5) is installed on bracket (51) of thermal head (5) by means of screw connection (511a, 511b). Device also includes two removable mounting brackets (41a, 41b) with holes, installed by means of a screw connection on the left and right brackets (11, 12) of support frame (1) so that their holes are located coaxially, wherein front knife (4) is installed in the holes of the removable mounting brackets (41a, 41b) with the possibility of rotation, at which interaction of front knife (4) with rear knife (3) is provided for cutting paper; wherein front knife (4) drive motor (7) is connected to front knife (4) through front knife (4) drive (71), and paper (9) drive motor (6) is connected to paper (9) feed roller (22) through drive (61) of paper (9) feed roller (22).

EFFECT: increased durability and repairability of the printing mechanism due to provision of the possibility of rapid replacement of knives and thermal head without complete disassembly of the printing mechanism.
