SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a method of making a threaded part by vortex milling. Method includes the following steps: step 1: obtaining processes of milling a plurality of cutters in the process of forming the cutting surface of a threaded part; adding auxiliary lines in accordance with the points of contact between the cutters and the part and creating a model of the trajectory of the cutter and the model of the trajectory of the cutter-part contact; step 2: creating a model for predicting the relief of the surface of the threaded part in accordance with the relationship of the cutter path model, the cutter-part contact path model and the cutter; step 3: obtaining the corresponding parameters of milling, residual height of the surface of the part and corrugation in accordance with the prediction model of the surface relief of the threaded part and processing in accordance with the obtained parameters of the surface of the part with a thread in the process of vortex milling.
