FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes migration of tools relative to treated detail at least by one specified tool path and orientation of tool vector. In addition to each tool path for tool vector it is defined the first directing curve, depending on which or each of them during milling it is oriented tool vector or for tool vector there are defined the first and the second directing curves, which are defined on the assumption of necessity to provide ability of detail treatment without collision the tool with it and by which it is specified director surface, and against relation between current tool path and total amount of tool paths it is defined situated on director surface directing curve, through which it is directed tool vector. Device contains the first programmer for programming at least one tool path by which or by each of them tool can be moved during milling. For achieving the equal technical result it is outfitted by programming aids of the first directing curve for tool vector, depending on which during milling it is possible to change tool vector orientation, and by the second programmer for programming of the second directing curve for tool vector, during movement of which by directing curve during the detail treatment it is excluded the ability of collision of tool with it. Additionally the first and the second directing curves specify register surface, by situated on which directing curve, defined depending on correlation between current tool path and total amount of tool paths, the tool is moved.
EFFECT: treatment improvement.
