FIELD: analysis of organic chemical compounds.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for determining content of tolperisone hydrochloride in a solid dosage form, comprising preliminary transfer of an analyzed preparation into a solution, placing it in an absorption cell containing photogenerated iodine, obtained as a result of irradiation at 572 nm with a yellow-green light-emitting diode in the presence of air oxygen of the auxiliary solution, containing 0.5 M potassium iodide solution, 0.01% solution of a mixture of sodium eosinate sensitizers: sodium fluorescein, taken in a molar ratio of 1:2, and an acetate buffer solution with pH 5.5, wherein iodine generation is carried out at rate of 2.9·10−8 mol/s to its content of 5.72·10−6 mol, fixing a decrease in the amount of iodine, carried out amperometrically with two polarized electrodes by fixing galvanometer readings after stabilization of current in amperometric installation circuit, with subsequent irradiation of the absorbing solution at 572 nm with a yellow-green light-emitting diode in the presence of atmospheric oxygen and measuring the iodine generation time required to replenish the iodine loss to the initial amount, and determining content of tolperisone hydrochloride in solid dosage form by mathematical formula.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple method of determining, high sensitivity, low limits of quantitative determination and detection while maintaining accuracy and reproducibility.
