SUBSTANCE: system of crank-and-rocker mechanisms includes a first mechanism, which is a three-link mechanism consisting of a crank, a connecting link and a rocker mounted on the shaft, which are pivotally connected to each other, wherein second rocker is fitted on the same shaft as rocker of the first mechanism. Both rockers are installed on the shaft by means of free-running mechanisms. Links of the mechanisms are arranged in a mirror-like manner relative to the line connecting the axes of rotation and swinging, respectively. There is also an embodiment of the system design, according to which the rockers are located on one side relative to the line connecting the rotational and swinging axes, respectively, and in the extreme positions the cranks and rockers have the opposite position. Also disclosed is a system comprising two similar five-link links, consisting of a rocker, a connecting link, a crank, a connecting rod and a rocker-connecting rod, having a hinged support, which can move along a guide. Five-link rockers are located on one shaft. Guides of rocker arm supports, rocker arms, rocker arms and connecting links are arranged mirror-like.

EFFECT: enabling transmission of constant rotation to the shaft from the crank.
