SUBSTANCE: invention relates to access control systems (ACS). Access control system (ACS) of personnel to mechanisms with a drive at an industrial enterprise, provided by means of electronic smart cards, comprises readers (7) for reading the identifier (ID) of the label of said smart cards and transmitting it to access controllers (1), access controllers (1) connected to said readers (7) and configured to check personnel access rights to said mechanisms and control the drive of said mechanisms depending on the result of said verification, network server (3) and a wireless base station (2) configured to receive access data from access controllers (1) and transmission to network server (3), as well as transmission of access data from network server (3) to access controllers (1), wherein access controllers (1) are wirelessly connected to base station (2), wherein said wireless connection of access controllers (1) with base station (2) is carried out according to the Y-connection based on LoRa technology and LoRaWAN channel protocol.

EFFECT: higher reliability of ACS operation.
