SUBSTANCE: hardware and software systems for monitoring and managing access to premises, used for automated collection of statistics from terminal devices, analysis, and grouping by type of violation in case of unauthorized access. The hardware and software complex for monitoring and managing access to premises contains at least one server having two-way communication with user devices and wireless electronic locks. These locks include an electronic board containing a reader, a controller and a LoraWan wireless data transmission module. Data from the electronic board of locks is transmitted online to the server for processing, and the processing result is transmitted online to the user's devices. Data transfer from wireless electronic locks to user devices is carried out using the LoraWan wireless protocol.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the software and hardware complex is provided, which consists in automating the receipt of events from electronic locks of premises online, obtaining the results of processing such events online on the user's end devices, while ensuring high data security and communication stability.
