FIELD: construction acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for attachment of sound-insulating sheets to protected surface. Method includes performing a number of successively performed technological operations: double-sided application of adhesive on inserts with height of 1.5–15 mm, made of cross-linked polyethylene foam with a coefficient of energy loss of acoustic vibrations K1=0.6–0.75 or non-cross-linked polyethylene foam with K1=0.4–0.5, the area of one side of each of which is 5–100 cm2, inserts are placed on the protected surface with pitch of 50–600 mm, wherein the sound-insulating sheet in the form of a gypsum chipboard having a coefficient of energy loss of acoustic vibrations K2=0.04–0.15 is less than that of the inserts K1>K2, tightly pressed to the protected surface until complete contact with the adhesive.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of soundproofing in the method of attaching soundproofing sheets to the protected surface using elastic vibration compensators with providing an air gap between them.
