SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry, namely to design of clothes, which regulates heat balance of human body in various operating conditions, especially for sleep and rest. Pajamas comprises shoulder and waist elements of clothes, at the same time the shoulder element is made in the form of a jumper, and the waist element is in the form of trousers. Jumper has a set-in long sleeve with a cuff from below, a rounded neck with a fringe, the jumper is made semi-fit with a front and a back, where front and back on their surfaces contain multiple slots. Trousers are made long, semi-fit, with a belt with a stitched elastic band, as well as trousers with a cuff from below each, note here that front and rear halves have multiple slots.
EFFECT: providing a balance between heat transfer from the human body to the environment and its efficiency.
