Garment for maintaining heat balance comprises a top garment made from a main material, which includes a front, a back, sleeves with a lining, and a bottom garment including a top of trousers and trousers with a lining, wherein the lining of the sleeves and the lining of the trousers are made from a material having a lower coefficient of heat conductivity, than the main material of clothes.

EFFECT: alignment of heat balance of extremities relative to heat balance of human body due to provision of difference in heat conductivity of sleeves and trousers relative to front, back and top of trousers.
