SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of clothing, which regulates heat balance of human body in various operating conditions, especially for use in cold season and off-season. Set of thermal underwear contains shoulder and waist elements of clothes, at the same time the shoulder element is made in the form of a jumper, and the waist element is in the form of leggings. Jumper is made fit, has a long raglan sleeve and a rounded neck processed by a fringe, wherein the sleeves are knitted more densely than the front and back of the jumper. Leggings are made adjoining, with long trousers, besides, trousers are made with more dense knitting than leggings in upper part of front and back halves.
EFFECT: providing balance of clothes between heat transfer from human body to environment and its efficiency.
