FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions represents bacterial strains and their consortium for plant growth stimulation and their protection against phytopathogenic fungi, as well as a method of increasing plant productivity using the disclosed consortium. Bacillus mojavensis AOP29, Pseudomonas azotoformans KOP35, Stenotrophomonas rhizophila AOP9 and Pseudomonas migulae KOP88 strains are isolated from phylloplane, rhizosphere and soil from under vegetating plants of winter soft wheat variety Universiade in the booting phase.
EFFECT: thus, new strains of bacteria Bacillus mojavensis AOP29, Stenotrophomonas rhizophila AOP9, Pseudomonas migulae KOP88 and Pseudomonas azotoformans KOP35 and their consortium, having the ability to nitrogen fixation, producing indole-3-acetic acid, various enzymatic activity, antagonistic activity with respect to phytopathogenic fungi and high colonizing ability of agricultural plants; claimed consortium is effective against the tomato root rot agent Fusarium oxysporum FORL ZUM2407, which was DI % 30_15%; positive effect on tomato seeds germination was also high—90%; germination efficiency was 11_43%; this testifies to the good biocontrol activity of the consortium of microorganisms, which makes it promising for use in agriculture; disclosed method, which expands the range of methods for increasing productivity of crops, has a positive effect on biometric parameters of plants, which are higher than in control experiments, especially by length of shoots by 38_3%, by length of roots by 24_1% and germination capacity by 3%.
