FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and can be used for dental prosthetics. Crown is made and fitted, the crown cavity is treated with aluminium oxide powder, the prepared tooth is processed and dried, the crown placed on the vital tooth is cleaned and polished. Crown is made with a polished neck the size of which is equal to the difference between the probing depth and the average size of the sulcus of adjacent teeth. Total tooth etching is performed. Bonding agent is applied on the tooth, preventing its polymerisation. Bonding agent is dried with a sterile surgical saliva ejector. Micromechanical treatment of the crown cavity is carried out with aluminium oxide powder with particle size of 50 mcm, under pressure of 1.1–1.3 atm from distance of 12–15 mm. Chemical treatment of the crown cavity is carried out with an adhesive with a predominance of the cubic phase of monomer of 10-methacryloxydecyl dihydrophosphate. Outer surface of the crown is treated with a universal adhesive. Then crown is fixed on vital tooth with self-adhesive cement of double hardening, introduced into cavity of crown in liquid phase, cement in liquid phase in subgingival area is washed off, and preliminary cleaning of crown is performed with levelling of marginal adherence. Final polymerisation of the cement is carried out with a light-emitting diode lamp installed for 18–20 seconds on the surface of the crown on each side. Final polymerisation of the cement is carried out before finishing polishing, before checking the occlusion and before X-ray inspection of cement residues.
EFFECT: method enables improving the fixation of the zirconium dioxide crown to the vital teeth in the anterior upper jaw by using the monomer cubic phase.
