FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry, and can be applied for teeth restoration/reconstruction in generalised abrasion to 2/3 and more of crown lengths. It involves digital segmented photofixation of the clinical state of frontal and lateral teeth of the upper and lower jaws making two frontal and four lateral segments respectively. There is applied the staged temporary restoration/reconstruction of masticatory surfaces of the lateral teeth starting with the premolars combined with gradually increasing by 2 mm and less of their crown heights to its physiological parametre. It is followed with the temporary restoration of the frontal teeth with the adapration periods to new occlusion height conditions. The final restoration/reconstruction of the frontal teeth of the lower jaw applies a composite and mesh-planimetric reinforcing frames placed in the planimetric cavities from a vestibular surface of the restored crowns of the frontal teeth of the lower jaw. The final restoration/reconstruction of the frontal teeth of the upper jaw applies a composite and mesh-planimetric reinforcing frames placed in the planimetric cavities from the vestibular and palatal surfaces of the restored crowns of the frontal teeth of the upper jaw. The occlusion height is finally restored in the lateral teeth antagonists in pairs from the right and left sides of dentition.
EFFECT: method allows cutting time for elimination of generalised dental abrasion directly in the oral cavity, improves accuracy of overbite formation and occlusion relation of dentitions.
