FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. Internal combustion engine comprises crankcase (1) with oil bath (2), oil receiver (3) and oil pump (6). Oil pump (6) is fixed on mounting platform of inner wall of crankcase (1) through docking plate (5). Cover (7) of the pump with its inner surface faces the block of gears of pump (6), and with its outer surface it is conjugated with docking plate (5). Docking plate (5) maintains pressure in the discharge channel of pump cover (7), through which oil from pump (6) enters the main and discharge channels of crankcase (1), which are drilled in its walls, and then to the friction surfaces of the engine parts. At the same time underpressure is created in suction channel of pump cover (7), through which oil is supplied to pump (6) through oil supply from oil bath (2) channel made in crankcase (1) wall. Outlet of the oil supply channel from oil bath (2) and the inlet of the main channel are brought to the mounting platform. In docking plate (5) there are two through openings of elongated shape. One opening forms a transitional pressure channel for oil transportation from pump (6) to the main channel due to tight coupling of the docking plate with the pump cover and the mounting platform. In the boundaries of the opposite end parts of such a transition channel there is an outlet of the delivery channel of pump cover (7) and the inlet of the main channel. Other window of the docking plate forms a transitional suction channel for transportation of oil from oil bath (2) to pump (6). Oil feed channel outlet from oil bath (2) and pump cover (7) suction channel inlet are located within boundaries of opposite end parts of said transition channel. Distance (H) between the walls of the openings of docking plate (5) nearest to each other is at least half the width of the opening of the docking plate, which forms a transition pressure channel. Disclosed is a version of the engine.
EFFECT: providing reliable operation of the engine due to uninterrupted supply of oil to friction parts of the engine through the system of oil channels in the crankcase.
