FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, in particular, to internal combustion engine (ICE) lubrication systems. ICE oil pump contains housing (1) with partition (3) and cover (2) assembled using threaded elements (10). In pump housing (1) cylindrical bores accommodating drive gear (4) are made with overlapping, press-fit onto roller (5), and driven gear (6) freely rotating on axis, which is press-fitted into housing (1). In housing connecting flange (14) with centering ledge (12) is also made. Pump also comprises pressure reducing valve. At that, in pump housing (1) inlet and discharge openings, discharge and suction cavities are made. Said cylindrical bores are made with diameter value ranging from 38 mm to 42 mm, and distance between axes of which is in size range of 30 mm to 34 mm. In connecting flange (14) holes for fasteners are made. In centering ledge (12) through hole is made. Partition (3) has through mounting holes and openings for connection with bypass channel. Bypass channel is made stepped, including connection and unloading openings, connecting discharge and suction cavities.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve pump efficiency with minimum hydraulic losses, as well as increase fasteners rigidity and reliability.
