FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is destined for use in the drives of multiplunger/ multicylinder/ pumps with the crank mechanism having sleeve bearings in both small and big connecting rods' heads. Power end of pump has inside of undetachable base a crank mechanism, which has the sleeve bearings inside both small and big connecting rods' heads, and also crankshaft with two axle journals, a short one and a driving one. Crankshaft is mounted inside the lateral and internal longitudinal base walls, resting on the end and intermediate radial cylindrical journal roller bearings, having one flanged bearing liner and another stormless liner being of the same housing size. In the middle sleeve ring portion of the crankshaft end bearing & actuating disk's butt-end surface there is an annular relieved portion, its depth not exceeding a half of the axial bearing disk thickness. In the annular relieved portion there is an additional ball-bearing with its center race fastened on the driving axle journal. Its bearing cup is situated inside the supporting roller bearing annular lid's internal annular ridge central boring, between internal annular ridge's ruff and additional annular lid fastened on the annular lid's outer face. The middle part of annular lid is corbelled. Axial end clearance magnitude between the internal face of the closed-type cover and the short axle journal's face exceeds the crankshaft axial thermal expansion magnitude. In the lubricating system there is provided an additional oil pressure line, being connected with the oil bath. Inside the bed, under its upper plates, there are pipes connected to the additional oil pressure line, their nozzles being pointed to bed upper plates' bottom surfaces.
EFFECT: increasing the mechanical efficiency, lifetime, reliability; decreasing overall dimensions, weight and labour-intensiveness of the mounting and repair & maintenance works.
