FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for continuous production of beer wort, which consists of a crusher, a temperature reactor made in the form of a pipe, a mixing tank, a device for moving the mash inside the reactor, a filter tank, a boiling apparatus, a protein separator and a heat exchanger. Also described is a continuous method of producing beer wort, during which a crusher supplies malt to the inlet of a temperature reactor made in the form of a pipe, hot water of the required temperature is prepared in a mixing tank and supplied to a thermal reactor, mash movement inside the thermal reactor by the mash movement device inside the reactor, from the thermal reactor the mash enters the filter vat, then the wort enters the boiling apparatus, and then the boiled wort gets into the protein separator, after which the wort, when cooled, gives off heat to the water, which is involved in the technological process of wort preparation.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify equipment, reduce metal consumption, reduce occupied areas and human factor in technological process.
