FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in designs of machines for mechanical processing of monolithic disks with blades. Machine comprises a bed, a slider mounted on the bed with the possibility of horizontal movement along the rail guides, column installed on slider with possibility of horizontal movement along rail guides located perpendicular to bed rails guides, rotation unit along axis B, installed on column with possibility of vertical movement along rail guides and made in the form of rotary table of axis B, located on rotary table of axis B spindle head with milling cutter fixed in it, which axis of rotation is located at angle of 45° to axis B, unit for turning along axis C, mounted on the bed, and made in the form of rotary table of axis C, and unit of rotation along axis A, made in the form of rotary table of axis A and detachably connected to upper surface of rotary table of axis C. At that, rotary table of axis A is made with possibility of fixing on it and turning of processed monolithic disk with blades, and the axis of rotation of the rotary table of axis C is located perpendicular to the horizontal plane and perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotary table of axis A, wherein the axis of rotation of the turning table along the axis B is located in the horizontal plane with the possibility of locating the point of intersection of this axis with the axis of rotation of the rotary table of axis C in the processing zone of the blade of the said disc and location of the point of the cutting edge of the cutter on the axis of rotation of the rotary table of axis B.
