Telescopic rocker arm (1) with a roller guide of small thickness comprises telescopic handle bracket (2), telescopic handle (3) with rolling friction, support guide mechanism (4) of telescopic handle for rolling up/down and guide mechanism (5) of telescopic handle for left/right levelling. Support guide mechanism (4) of telescopic handle for rolling up/down comprises upper/lower support guide wheel (6) of telescopic handle or upper/lower support guide part (7) of telescopic handle. Upper/lower support guide wheel (6) of telescopic handle comprises upper/lower support guide axle (8) and upper/lower bushing (9) of support wheel axle. Upper/lower support guide axle (8) and upper/lower bushing (9) of support wheel axle are connected separately. Guide mechanism (5) of telescopic handle for left/right alignment comprises guide wheel (10) of telescopic handle for left/right alignment or guide part (11) of telescopic handle for left/right alignment. Upper/lower support guide wheel (6) of telescopic handle is located on bracket (2) of telescopic handle or telescopic handle (3) with rolling friction.
