FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining engineering. In particular, a method is claimed for rotary cleaning in the overburden tooth holder of a mining machine and a rotating cleaning device in the overburden tooth holder, which implements this method. In this case, the rotating cleaning device includes a reciprocating impact power unit (2), an overburden tooth holder (3), a supporting mechanism (4) of the rotating cleaning device, and a rotating cleaning device (5). Moreover, the rotating cleaning device (5) includes a shifting device (6) and a cleaning drive roller (7). The power block (2) of the reciprocating impact action includes a power element (8) of the power block of the reciprocating impact action. The power element (8) of the reciprocating impact power unit supports and drives the holder (3) of the overburden tooth. The supporting mechanism (4) of the rotating cleaning device is located on the power block (2) of the reciprocating impact action or on the holder (3) of the overburden tooth. The rear end of the holder (3) of the overburden tooth is connected to the power element (8) of the power block of the reciprocating impact action, the front end of the overburden tooth holder is equipped with a reciprocating impact tooth (9) or a plate (10) of a reciprocating impact saw. The holder (3) of the overburden tooth includes a rotating relief hole (11) of the tooth holder. The rotating cleaning device (5) is located in the rotating discharge opening (11) of the overburden tooth holder (3). The rotary cleaning device (5) rotates supported by the supporting mechanism (4) of the rotating cleaning device. The cleaning drive roller (7) rotates to drive the shear device (6), and the shear device (6) spirally pushes the material removed by the overburden tooth holder (3) out of the rotating discharge hole (11) of the tooth holder, thereby reducing resistance to the reciprocating action of the overburden tooth holder; and resistance to movement of the machine body.
EFFECT: exclusion of overload and combustion or damage to the engine by reducing the resistance of accumulated materials on the working body of the mining machine.
