SUBSTANCE: impact guiding part is installed. Two ends of the impact guiding part are fitted with impact heads or one end of the impact guiding part is fitted with the impact head, and another end is fitted with the counterbalance. The impact guiding part is installed in the guiding device, the power impact part is installed. The power impact part is installed in the impact actuating unit. The guiding device and the impact actuating unit are integrated with formation of the reciprocating impact part; the power impact part puts the impact guiding part into reciprocating movement. The impact guiding part puts in action impact heads / impact head for impact effect on a coal or rock wall for material crushing; the frame is installed. The frame is fitted or not fitted with the lifting device. The reciprocating impact part is installed on the frame or on the lifting device; the frame is installed on the housing of the machine, or the frame and the lifting device are integrated and installed on the machine housing, the mobile part is installed. The mobile part is installed in the lower part of the machine housing. The mobile part puts the machine housing in motion; the machine housing supports impact heads / impact head for impact effect in a reciprocating manner for material crushing. The impact cutting loading machine contains: the machine housing, the mobile part and the reciprocating impact part. The reciprocating impact part contains the guiding device and the impact actuating unit. The guiding device contains the impact guiding part; meanwhile the reciprocating impact part also contains the impact head, two ends of the impact guiding part have impact heads, or one end of the impact guiding part has the impact head, and another end has the counterbalance; and the impact actuating unit contains the power impact part; the power impact part puts in action impact heads / impact head for execution of reciprocating motion; the impact guiding part puts in action impact heads / impact head for impact effect on a coal or rock wall with material crushing. The machine housing contains a frame and has or has no lifting device, and the reciprocating impact part is installed on the frame; or, when the machine housing has a lifting device, the reciprocating impact part is installed on the lifting device. The lifting device is installed on the frame, and the mobile part is installed in the lower part of the machine housing and puts in motion the machine housing.
