SUBSTANCE: unit for automatic identification of employees at a checkpoint (CP) using a QR code reader transmits data on employees to a personal computer (PC) of the checkpoint and further in the manual work automated accounting database in 1C and the employees automatic identification unit, containing the employees database and the software that verifies the employee, and also records the time of arrival/departure of the employee; using a data collection terminal (DCT), real-time collection of data on jobs, volumes, distribution of employees to crews, assignment of jobs, wherein the collection of data on jobs, volumes is carried out using a DCT and a QR code of the order, which is automatically creating a database for automated accounting of manual operations in 1C after a new order is entered into the database; and distribution of employees to crews, assignment of works is carried out using DCT and QR-code of an employee; synchronization of DCT with database of automated accounting of manual operations in 1C is performed automatically.

EFFECT: high accuracy of accounting for manual operations in agricultural enterprises.
