FIELD: user electronic communication devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices with flexible display, namely to devices containing flexible printed circuit board. To this end, the electronic device comprises a hinged structure, a flexible display which is folded or unfolded by the hinged structure; first part and second part, which are close and facing each other when folded by means of hinged structure and are at a distance when unfolded; first printed circuit board located on first part; second printed circuit board located on second part; and a flexible printed circuit board electrically connecting the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board. Flexible printed circuit board includes a first region that bends in response to bending of the electronic device, and a second area located around the first area, which does not bend. First area may include a single base layer of interconnections for signals. Second part may include multiple layers of interconnections for signals. First area and the second area can be formed as having different thicknesses. First area overlaps at least partially the hinge structure.
EFFECT: preventing damage or disconnection of the flexible printed circuit board in the folding part of the electronic device.
