SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing polyetherketoneketone, comprising introducing into a reaction vessel equipped with a stirrer, a thermocouple, a tap for hydrogen chloride, anhydrous aluminium chloride, guanidine methacrylate, 1,2-dichloroethane, cooling the reaction vessel to minus 20°C, then gradual introduction of diphenyl ether, terephthalic acid chloride, isophthalic acid chloride, then raising the reaction vessel temperature to 20°C with speed 1°C/min and continuation of synthesis for 6 hours, at the end of synthesis, formed polymer gel is poured with isopropyl alcohol and left for 2 hours, then the resulting plastic mass is crushed and filtered, the obtained polymer powder is purified from the catalyst by three-fold washing with boiling N-methylpyrrolidone, then with hot distilled water until complete removal of the aprotic solvent and dried in a vacuum drying cabinet at 120°C for 12 hours.
EFFECT: shorter process steps due to use of a cocatalyst.
