FIELD: sports exercise machines.

SUBSTANCE: sports exercise machine system is designed to reduce the starting load at the beginning of the exercise and is a system consisting of a seat with a movable headrest, with a lever pivotally fixed on it, which is connected to a counterweight support, the lower end of which is hinged to the end of the base adjacent to the back side of the seat, which enables to use neck muscles for setting the lever of the sports exercise machine on the support at the beginning and at the end of the exercise. Peculiarity of this system consists in the fact that in the sports exercise machine system on seat (1) with headrest (2), on which lever (3) is pivotally fixed, connected to support (5) having counterweight (4), pivotally fixed by its lower end on base (6), adjacent to the back side of seat (1), headrest (2) is movable, and when headrest (2) of seat (1) is pressed by the head, lever (3) fixed on headrest (2) exerts pressure on support (5), moving it into a vertical position, thereby supporting the levers of the sports exercise machine in elevated position while holding the weight. Second feature of this system is that it can be integrated into sports exercise machines of various types and purposes. One more feature consists in the fact that in this system the seat with a headrest can be made as a bench with a headrest.

EFFECT: facilitating the use of the sports exercise machine system due to the use of free neck muscles, avoiding the need to use the arm or leg muscles involved in the exercises, the absence of the trainee’s body position change, as well as simplification of the design and its versatility.
