FIELD: sports.

SUBSTANCE: exercise machine is made in the form of a stationary undismountable rigid metal structure and comprises a support frame 1 with an axis 2. The axis 2 is made in the form of two coaxial semi-axes located on the outer side of levers 3. The latter are pivotally mounted on racks of the support frame 1. Limiters 4 and 5 of movement of load 6 are made in the form of cross links between the levers 3 and mounted on either side of the axis 2. A guide of the loads 7 is mounted between the limiters 4 and 5 and is made in the form of a bent rod with two straight-line segments with a bend. The guide of the loads 7 is mounted so that the axis 2 of the support frame 1 passes through the common centre of gravity CG of the whole set of loads 6 that are located on the left side (according to the drawing) of the bend. The angles of inclination of the straight-line segments of the guide 7 are made at an angle of not less than 2-3 degrees above the level of horizon line in any position of the levers 3. The loads 6 are located on the guide 7 in the necessary percentage on either side of the axis 2. A limiter 8 of position of the levers 3 is made in the form of a U-shaped frame and is secured to the levers 3. A bench 9 is mounted on the support frame 1. The device is attached to a base 10 by fasteners 11.

EFFECT: increased security of the trainee, the ability to control the load on the levers with the handles.
