SUBSTANCE: sports simulator for creating an adjustable load contains the rack, the swing axis, the elements for applying the force of the trainee and the load device for creating an adjustable load, containing weights and the U-shaped guide, which serves as a protection against unauthorized stealing of weights. The device is additionally equipped with a palm rest mounted on the stand and an emphasis for the torso of the trainee, two-arm levers with small and large shoulders and intermediate links fitted with the possibility of forming four-link mechanisms with the rack and load devices. The two-arm arms are pivotally connected to the lower parts of the post, the lower parts of the intermediate links are articulated to the small arms of the two-arm arms, and their upper parts - to the load devices. On the upper parts of the large arms of the two-arm, the levers are fixed elements for the application of the effort of the trainee. The top parts of the load devices are hingedly connected to the upper parts of the rack.
