SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent for relieving or reducing hangover syndrome. Composition of the agent contains in wt.%: vitamin B1—0.298–0.400, vitamin B2—0.358–0.480, vitamin B3—3.578–5.329, vitamin B6—0.358–0.533, succinic or fumaric acid—29.815–53.291, alpha-lipoic acid or ubiquinone—5.963–13.323, dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) or L-DMAE bitartrate—the rest. Alternatively, the composition of the agent contains a mixture of at least two compositions in effective amounts selected from the above composition and one or more compositions selected from the following compositions. Composition contains the following in wt.%: glycine—5.882–46.875, taurine—18.750–29.412, L-tryptophan or 5-hydroxytrypthan—5.882–18.750 and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate or L-arginine—the rest; composition containing in wt.%: citrulline DL-malate or L-citrulline—1.851–7.831, N-acetylcysteine—1.851–9.789, L-lysine or L-lysine hydrochloride—7.831–18.513, L-glutamine—7.831–18.513, L-tyrosine—7.831–22.216, L-cysteine—7.405–9.789, sodium citrate or sodium chloride—9.789–11.108, potassium citrate or potassium chloride, or potassium orotate, or potassium citrate, or potassium asparaginate—7.405–19.577, selenomethionine or selenium—0.030–0.157, magnesium citrate, or magnesium oxide, or magnesium glycinate, or magnesium malate, or magnesium taurate, or magnesium orotate, or magnesium carbonate, or magnesium lactate, or magnesium sulphate, or magnesium asparaginate—the rest, or a composition containing in wt.%: vitamin B8 or myo-inositol—3.858–33.932, vitamin B9—0.006–0.014, piperine or biopiperine—0.096%—0.452%, L-carnitine or L-carnitine tartrate—1.929%—20.359%, betaine hydrochloride or trimethylglycine citrate—the rest.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of compositions for relieving or reducing hangover syndrome, as well as obtaining an effective composition which promotes elimination of negative symptoms of hangover and their causes.
