According to one of the versions the composition for production of the grain bar containing an amino-acid vitamin-and-mineral complex includes beer yeast autolysate, vitamin premix 730/4, calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, amber acid, L-carnitine, buckwheat flakes, extruded rice, fried crushed nuts, molasses, honey, sugar sand, citric acid, glycerine, "vanilla" flavouring agent at preset components ratio. According to the other version the composition for production of the grain bar containing an amino-acid vitamin-and-mineral complex includes beer yeast autolysate, vitamin premix 730/4, calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, amber acid, L-carnitine, buckwheat flakes, extruded rice, dried pineapples with strawberry taste, fructose, gum-arabic, sodium carboxy-methylcellulose, citric acid, "strawberry" flavouring agent at preset components ratio.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new product being a source of dispensable and indispensable amino acids for sportspeople and persons leading an active lifestyle as well as extend the range of confectionary products with improved quality indices and high nutritive properties.
