FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filled polymer materials, in particular to polymer materials based on a hybrid woven reinforcing material and a thermosetting polymer binder. Disclosed is a high-strength antifriction electrically insulating polymer composite material based on a thermosetting binder and hybrid reinforcing fabrics. Hybrid reinforcing fabrics contain inorganic threads, which are glass fiber—61–78 wt.%, and organic threads, which are threads based on ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, or polyoxadiazole threads "Arselon", or aramid threads—22–39 wt.%. Ratio of components in the composite material is as follows: polymer binder 36–45 wt.%, hybrid reinforcing fabric 55–64 wt.%. Polymer thermosetting binder is a resin which is a halogen-containing polyglycidylarylene diaminoalkane and a hardener.
EFFECT: proposed approach enables to obtain antifriction electrically insulating material having a specific volumetric electrical resistance of not less than (2.0±1.0)*1013 Ohm·m; this eliminates corrosion of metal counterbodies and increases service life of heavy loaded friction assemblies, while maintaining high tribotechnical characteristics—with friction in water at contact pressures of 30 MPa, wear rate of not more than 17.5 mcm/km, coefficient of friction is not more than 0.18, and strength properties at compression parallel to layers is not less than 120 MPa.
