FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filled polymer materials, in particular to materials, based on carbon woven reinforcing material and epoxy thermoreactive polymer binder. Antifriction material includes carbon fabric from fibres with fixed size of crystals on basal plane and thickness of packet with fixed number of basal planes, soaked with composition of epoxy resin, metal powder of tin or tin babbitt with dispersity 5-100 mcm, molybdenum disulphide with dispersity 0.6-0.7 mcm, taken in ratio to metal powder 1:2. Components of material are taken in ratio (wt %): carbon fabric 46.3-56.6, epoxy resin 37.8-46.3, tin or tin babbitt powder 3.8-4.9, molybdenum disulphide 1.9-2.45, with the total content of metal powder and molybdenum disulphide constituting 5.7-7.35 wt %.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase compression strength of material, modulus of elasticity, reduction of wearing intensity for friction components.
