SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power systems operating without communication with atmospheric air and intended for various underwater equipment, for example, deep-sea vehicles, bathyscaphes, torpedoes, unmanned underwater vehicles and submarines. For operation of power system in underwater position of underwater technical facility from tank with fuel 11 along fuel supply line 14 into combustion chamber 2 is supplied fuel. At the same time, oxygen is fed from the tank with oxidizer 10 via oxidizer feed line 12 into mixing chamber 13, where oxygen is mixed with partially cleaned exhaust gases coming from chemical absorber unit 22 via line for returning part of exhaust gases 16. This mixture then acts as an oxidant to ensure combustion of fuel in combustion chamber 2. Due to combustion of fuel and said mixture of oxidant in combustion chamber 2, heat energy with high temperature is generated, which is transferred to working medium – diathermic oil of intermediate circuit 3. Obtained thermal energy through intermediate circuit 3 through the -heat exchanger-evaporator of organic liquid 6 is transferred to the closed steam circuit of organic Rankine cycle plant 5 with an organic working medium, in steam turbine 7 of which thermal energy of steam of organic liquid is converted into mechanical energy of rotation of turbine 7 shaft and is further used for wire of screw of underwater technical facility.
EFFECT: elimination of formation of thermal and bubble traces during movement of underwater technical facility under water, as well as increase of energy efficiency of the plant of organic Rankine cycle and power system as a whole.
