FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as an energy-refrigeration system for power supply and cooling of consumers located in underground structures and other facilities that operate without communication with the terrestrial environment. Fuel is supplied from fuel tank 11 through fuel supply line 14 to oil boiler 2. At the same time, a mixture of oxygen and partially purified exhaust gases is supplied from tank with the oxidizer 10 through the supply line of oxidizer 12 through mixing chamber 13 to oil boiler 2. Through intermediate circuit 3, the thermal energy through steam generator 6 is transferred to steam circuit 5 with an organic working fluid, where in turbine 7 with an electric generator on one shaft, the thermal energy is converted into electrical energy. Purification of exhaust gases from oil boiler 2 takes place in heat exchanger 30 due to the contact of gases with an aqueous solution of a neutralizing chemical - milk of lime supplied from tank 37. From the storage of clean industrial water 15, cold clean water is supplied to cold consumers 25, and then enters condenser 19 of refrigeration machine 18 and then intermediate mixing tank 17. Water from tank 17 is intended for cooling an autonomous power plant.
EFFECT: reduction in the weight and size characteristics of the energy refrigeration system as a whole, the increase in the cooling efficiency of cold consumers, the increase in the efficiency of cleaning and cooling of exhaust gases, the increase in the reliability of the steam turbine and the control of the operation of an autonomous power plant in a closed cycle mode, as well as the possibility of using both liquid and gaseous fuels.
