FIELD: pipeline fittings.

SUBSTANCE: flow-through valve comprises a cylindrical body, coaxial inlet and outlet nozzles located at an acute angle to its axis on opposite sides, a shutoff element installed in the housing, made in the form of a cylindrical stepped bushing, a section of a smaller diameter of which is connected to a drive mounted on a casing fixed on the housing, and in the housing there is a sealing unit for sealing the space between the housing and the cylindrical section of the smaller diameter of the shutoff element, wherein the lower end surface of the cylindrical section of the larger diameter of the shutoff element is shaped as a mating surface of the seat. In the lower part of the housing there is a support bushing with a through hole coaxial to through holes of the inlet and outlet nozzles. Latter are tightly connected to the lower part of the housing and the part of the support bushing protruding from it to form a through channel. In the support bushing there are bypass through channels, by means of which the through hole of the support bushing is interconnected with the outlet holes of the bypass through channels located on its outer side surface. Cylindrical bushing and made in the form of a cup is put on the section of the support bushing located in the housing and fixed on it, on the side wall of the bushing on its outer side there is an annular slot for a sealing ring for sealing of space between outer side surface of cylindrical bushing and enclosing it inner surface of cylindrical section of larger diameter of shutoff element. Seat for the shutoff element is formed on the annular projection on the side of the side wall of the cylindrical bushing on its outer side, and in the side wall of the cylindrical bushing there is a hole through which the through hole of the support bushing is interconnected with the inlet nozzle, and through slots interconnected in the outlet holes of the bypass channels of the support bushing. On the outer surface of the latter there is an annular slot for the sealing ring for sealing the space between the outer side surface of the support bushing and the inner surface covering its inner surface of the cylindrical bushing, and on the outer surface of the cylindrical section of larger diameter there are stiffeners with formation on the above outer surface of annular slots with longitudinal slots or helical slots.

EFFECT: invention is intended for control of working medium flow in pipelines of mainly high pressure at high controlled flow rates of working medium.
