Abstract RU 2229648 C1

FIELD: pipe line fittings+ADs- control of flow of working medium in pipe lines at high pressure. SUBSTANCE: proposed straight-way valve has hermetic body with inlet and outlet branch pipes connected to it. Shut-off member is made in form of bush with wide and narrow end parts. Valve is provided with insert whose one end is blind. On side of second end face of insert seat is rigidly secured to it which also rigidly connected to valve body. Insert has seal on side of blind end face which embraces surface of wide part of bush. It is located between bush and body. Insert and pressure member are located at acute angle relative to axis of symmetry which common for holes of inlet and outlet branch pipes. Insert is provided with through hole whose leading edge is located on its side surface and trailing edge is located on second end face of insert. Second branch pipe is tightly connected with second end face of insert. Longitudinal axis of symmetry of hole made in insert coincides with axes of symmetry of holes in branch pipes. Profile of hole made in insert coincides approximately with profiles of holes in branch pipes. Shut-off member is connected with drive . Area of section of plane of cross section of shut-off member bounded by inner edge of surface of wide part of shut-off member is equal to 0.9-1.1 of area of section of plane of cross section of shut-off member bounded by external edge of surface of narrow part of shut-off member. Narrow and wide parts have constant cross section. Seat corresponds to contact part of shut-off member located on end face of its wide part for hermetic contact with surface of seat. Shut-off member is movable in way of its longitudinal axis. EFFECT: enhanced tightness of valve+ADs- reduced force of drive for motion of shut-off member+ADs- enhanced operational stability+ADs- avoidance of self-oscillations at locking and unlocking of valve. 10 cl, 2 dwg
