SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for applying a solid lubricant coating on an inner cylindrical surface of a sleeve. Said device comprises a frame consisting of two parts. Each of said parts includes a base with two vertical posts connected in upper part by jumpers, and in lower part—with supports for arrangement of drive gear. In the lower part of the frame on one lower metal axis there is a gear wheel engaged with the drive gear. On the second lower metal axis there is a roller. In the upper part on each upper metal axis there are pressure rollers. On upper ends of crosspieces there are through threaded holes, in which adjusting screws are installed. Holders with metal roller are arranged on lower ends of said screws. Said roller on second lower metal axle, gear wheel and pressure rollers are arranged to form a working cavity to accommodate said cylindrical sleeve with possibility of rotation around metal roller. Said holders are configured to fix the metal roller in the inner cylindrical cavity of the said sleeve with a gap between the said roller and the inner cylindrical surface of the said sleeve for supply of suspension or powder of solid lubricant material to the specified gap for application of solid lubricant coating on the specified surface of the sleeve.
EFFECT: higher bearing capacity and adhesion of solid lubricant coating with inner cylindrical surface of sleeve due to uniform application and indentation of solid lubricant coating of specified thickness into surface pores of material of cylindrical sleeve.
