SUBSTANCE: biologically active agent having antimutagenic action, comprising a culture liquid of bifidus bacteria in which turmeric powder is dissolved in concentration of 0.5% – 49 parts; culture liquid and biomass of propionibacterium – 49 parts, bentonite nanoparticles with particle size from 75 to 85 nm, introduced into the culture medium of propionibacterium in amount of 0.2 g/l, – 2 parts.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of biologically active substances with antioxidant and antimutagenic activity from natural sources.
