FIELD: chemistry; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for preparing a thick extract of an aerial part of Alfredia cernua, having anti-neurotic action. A method for producing a thick extract of an aerial part of Alfredia cernua, having anti-neurotic action, characterized by that the aerial part of Alfredia cernua (L.) Cass, extracted by counter-current extraction using four extractors with 80% ethanol in ratio of raw material : extractant 1:9 at temperature of 85 °C for 30 minutes, successively in each extractor, followed by evaporation under vacuum to a thick extract with output of flavonoids 1.77±0.18% and phenol carboxylic acids 6.14±0.53%.
EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an extract with output of flavonoids 1.77±0.18%, in terms of isoquercitrin, and phenol carboxylic acids 6.14±0.53%, with anti-neurotic action, which allows to expand the range of phytopreparations with anti-neurotic pharmacological effect.
