SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a memory device, a process cartridge and a connector. Process cartridge comprises a cartridge body; photosensitive drum installed with possibility of rotation in cartridge housing, wherein the photosensitive drum is made with an imaging region capable of generating an electrostatic latent image; a potential detection portion configured to detect an electrical signal in the imaging region; storage device, wherein the memory device comprises an electrical contact configured to be electrically connected to an electrical contact portion, located in the main body of the image forming device; and a first electrical connection portion, wherein the first electrical connection portion comprises a transmission terminal; and the transmission terminal is electrically connected to the electrical detection part and is electrically connected to the electrical contact portion.
