FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material winding. Disclosed is an unfolding device on a smooth shaft, comprising a carriage of an unfolding device mounted on a smooth shaft with possibility of bidirectional movement along the shaft axis and equipped reactive support excluding carriage rotation during operation, the carriage is equipped with a movement direction switch. Reaction support is made in the form of a shaft equipped with limiters rigidly installed on the shaft. Smooth shaft of the carriage and the shaft with limiters are installed in parallel with the possibility of rotation around their axes and are equipped with a rigid kinematic connection. Carriage movement direction switch is made in the form of a cross-shaped structure equipped with four mirror-mounted spring-loaded pawls in pairs on the left and right sides of the carriage with the possibility of coming into contact with the limiters rotating on the shaft, which have protruding parts intended for action on the carriage movement direction switch in contact with the pawl.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at achievement of maximum possible movement of carriage on smooth shaft, as well as absence of possibility of damage to surface of smooth shaft, which increases reliability of device operation.
